Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring your items arrive safely.
Eligible Returns: Damaged or Broken Parcels If your parcel arrives broken or damaged due to transit mishandling, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To file a claim:

Do not discard the broken items or the packaging.

Take clear photos or a video of the damaged parcel exactly as it arrived.

Contact us at contact@bevvyz.my/WhatsApp within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp, including your Order ID and the evidence.
Non-Eligible Returns (Exclusions) We are unable to take responsibility for failed deliveries caused by factors outside of our control. Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds, or free redeliveries in the following situations:

Wrong Information Provided: It is the customer's responsibility to review their shipping details before completing payment. We cannot issue refunds if a parcel is lost, delayed, or returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, wrong postcode, or an unreachable contact number.

Undeliverable Areas: If your address is located within an area restricted by our courier partners (e.g., certain remote locations, secure facilities, or specific islands) and the delivery cannot be completed, the order is non-refundable.
