Due to our competitive prices, we only accept "Bank Transfer" and "Cash Deposit" as payment methods, credit card and e-wallet payments are subjected to an additional 3% surcharge, which we do not plan to accept for now.

How to Pay for Your Order

We process all payments via direct Bank Transfer. It’s a safe, secure, and easy way to complete your purchase. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Place Your Order: Complete the checkout process on our website.

  2. Get Our Details: Our bank account information will be sent to your email.

  3. Make the Transfer: Log in to your online banking and transfer the exact order total to our account. Duitnow/Instant transfer is recommended as we will receive the fund immediately and process the order soonest possible.
    Important: Please include your Order ID in the payment reference/remarks section.

  4. Send Proof of Payment: Reply to your order confirmation email with a screenshot or PDF of your transfer receipt.

Please note:

Please complete your transfer within 24 hours of placing your order. Unpaid orders will automatically be canceled after this period.

Inter-bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to clear. Orders are dispatched once the transfer has successfully cleared into our account.

Eligible Refunds: Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you have paid for is out of stock, here is what you can expect:

  2. Options Provided: You may choose to swap the item for another product of equal value, wait for a restock, or request a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

  3. Refund Processing: Since we operate via Direct Bank Transfer, you will be asked to provide your banking details. The refund will be transferred directly to your account within 1-2 business days].

Non-Refundable Circumstances To maintain fairness and efficiency, we do not issue refunds under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind.

  • Mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process (e.g., ordering the wrong item).

  • Delivery delays caused by the courier.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or restricted delivery zones (as stated in our shipping terms).
