Beyond perfect. Showing her talent for selecting casks, Master Blender Maureen Robinson has initiated this new, complex and unique triple cask maturation process. Based on the double-cask sherry, not only did Maureen Robinson create an unprecedented round texture and mellow taste, but also a new standard for sherry flavour. To ensure this perfect and endless flavour, Singleton insist on limited release.

 
Tasting Note
 
Nose: Sharp sweetness layered with notes of berries, honey, vanilla, cherries, dates and red apple peels, highlighted by a hint of wood.
 
Palate: Smooth and round. Has notes of dates and raisins but not too sweet. A hint of ginger pops, with a lovely finishing of dark chocolate.
 
Finish: Medium in length and rounded.
 
40% ABV
